2.  Will the property manager be available when there is an issue with my home?

*Bear Den Cabin Rentals and Getaways will always be available should you have a concern about your home.  As homeowners, we can relate with those concerns and completely understand them. 

3.  Is my home going to get marketed fairly?

*We believe in fair marketing for all of our homeowners.  Every home in our inventory will be aggressively marketed the exact same way.  We do give each homeowner the option of additional marketing of their home at their own expense with the help of Bear Den Cabin Rentals.

4.  Are the property management fees competitive to other local companies?

*Bear Den Cabin Rentals and Getaways utilizes high performing Search Engine Optimization Teams.  This ensures that we stay high on the search engine rankings to stand out from our competition.  Not only do we utilize these Search Engine Optimization teams, but we advertise aggressively in other means as well.  We keep constant checks on our website and do continuous updating on all of our listed properties.

6.  Is my property management team local and familiar with the area?

*The owners and staff of Bear Den Cabin Rentals and Getaways are natives of the North Georgia Mountains and Gilmer County.  We were born and raised in Ellijay.  The mountains are our home and we are excited to have the opportunity to share our love of this area and the outdoors with others.

7.  Who is going to have access to my home?

*Your home is an investment and we want to protect that investment for you.  At Bear Den Cabin Rentals and Getaways, the only access to your home is by our "inhouse" housekeeping staff and property management.  We do not allow unattended access to third parties (e.g..handyman, utility companies).  Each home has its own key code that only Bear Den Cabin Rentals and Getaways uses to access the home.  This code is changed frequently to ensure the security of the home. 

8.  Am I going to just become another cabin in a long list of rentals?

*Bear Den Cabin Rentals goal is not to "sign on" as many cabins as possible.  We believe in picking a select few cabins so that we can put our "hands-on" approach to work.  We want to make sure that we are able to personally go out to each cabin, before and after each guest, to check for cleanliness and quality.  Our guests are our best means of advertisement and we want them to be happy.  We feel like having too many cabins could very easily jeapordize the "personal touch" and high quality that we maintain at Bear Den Cabin Rentals.
