Apple Festival Activities
The Ellijay Apple Festival is an annual festival taking place at the Fair Grounds in Ellijay, Georgia. Crafters and vendors come from all over the state to participate in this festival. There are lots of things for everyone of all ages. From bounce houses and face painting for the younger children to crafts and stage performances for the adults.

Apple Everything
Ellijay is famous for their apples in the fall. There are many apple houses around town that offer activites as well. Those activities include hay rides, apple picking, petting farms, pig races, nature trails and wagon rides. You can't visit Ellijay in the fall without sampling some of our favorites: fresh fried apple pies, apple fritters, fresh apple cider, homeade fudge and local honey.
